Damned or Blessed?

"Damned are the rich in spirit, 
for theirs is not the kingdom of heaven.

Damned are they who do not hunger and thirst for righteousness, 
for they shall not be satisfied. 

Damned are the vengeful, 
for they shall not obtain mercy. 

Damned are the impure of heart, 
for they shall not see God. 

Damned are the warmakers, 
for they shall not be called children of God. 

Damned are they who are persecuting for the sake of righteousness, 
for theirs is not the kingdom of heaven."
